How do I view the status of tickets I have submitted?

In order to view the status of tickets you have submitted you must sign in to your account on the Adaptemy Helpdesk.

Note: If you did not create an account before submitting your ticket then you should reset your password with the email address used to create the ticket. Once this is done you can sign in to your account.

Once you have signed in you can view the status of your tickets by choosing My activities from the top-right menu.
