How do I log an issue with Adaptemy?

Before logging an issue we recommend that you first create an account on our helpdesk.

Creating an account will allow you to track the progress of tickets you have submitted on your activity dashboard.

Once your account is active you can then submit tickets through the request portal or by emailing


NOTE: You can CC other members of your organisation on ticket submissions. This will allow them to track the ticket status on their own activity dashboard. It may be worth creating an email group if the same group of people are to have a view of tickets on an ongoing basis.
